Gradient subwoofers are bringing the powerfully open and uncolored bass of Gradient Revolution available to be used along with other speaker models.
The main benefit of the versatile single/double subwoofer system designed by Gradient, is the possibility to rotate the bass sections to direct the dipole bass radiation.
This functionality helps to obtain the most uncolored bass reproduction with minimum effects of standing waves in the listening room. Together with the new Gradient HighEnd crossover system will reach very high level of performance.
It is also possible to use only one piece of SW-S positioned in the middle between the loudspeakers and driven in mono.
Gradient SW-S/D is based on the same dipole technique as the ESL specific SW-63 and are especially suitable for big panel speakers.
Gradient SW-S/D are available with either black painted or solid cherry wood parts. They include two 12” long throw custom made woofers. Subwoofers are able to radically increase bass capacity and extend the cutoff frequency to 20Hz.
The height of a single unit is 75 cm with additional spikes (30”) and that of a stacked system is 145 cm (57”).
